    十个棒棒糖

      上班三个月了,终于在学校有了自己的小窝!尽管它如此的小!
      天变的很冷!不想每天在学校与家之间跑来跑去.
      因为人很容易疲惫!回到家也经常是自己的生活!
     
      昨天把爸爸妈妈拉来帮我搬家!还有我的学生!
      下课的时候问学生有没有自愿帮老师搬东西的?很开心,还是有不少人举手!
      找了五个大个子男孩搬床,来来回回搬了好几趟.
      看着他们辛苦的样子,决定用棒棒犒劳他们!
      同时也看到了另外一个方面:虽然五个同是学生,但是做事的态度完全不一样!
     
      有个学生平时话不多,上课很认真,学习也很努力!搬东西也一样的认真!
      有个学生平时比较喜欢跟我拉关系,学生上并不努力!搬东西时总是慢悠悠的!
      还有个学生平时不怎么跟老师说话,但是干起活来利落干脆!
      看到他们,我突然想到我所在的一个工作环境!
      和我一起来得老师有好几个,每个人的性格能力都不一样,但是起点都是相同的!
      我越来越觉得自己的压力很大!你所做的事都有人看到眼里.不管你跟上级关系有多好,在他们需要你完成事情的
      时候他们只会看你的能力! 正如我只会看学生哪个认真在搬东西一样!
     
      亲爱的朋友们,我们都要塌实的工作.竞争是残酷的!
